CREDIT CARD ON FILE FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Why is this necessary?
We made these changes to streamline our billing process and eliminate long-term outstanding charges. We feel that this policy is essential to our mission to continue providing quality healthcare services to our patients. The process we use is similar to the one used by service providers in many other industries. For instance, hotels use this method to guarantee payment. Your signature will authorize the card to be used only when your balance becomes past due.

Is this policy mandatory for all patients?
Yes. All patients are required to have a credit card on file.

Is my credit card information secure?
Yes. We take the safety of your financial information very seriously. Your credit card details are encrypted and secured.

Can I use a bank-issued debit card as the credit card on file?
Yes.

Can I use my HSA/FSA credit card as the card on file?
Yes.

What if I feel my card was charged in error?
This policy does not restrict your right to appeal any charge made to your credit card. Should you feel that we have charged your card in error, please contact us at Robinhood Integrative Health.
