We’re excited to announce some big changes at Robinhood Integrative Health, including the addition of a new Electronic Medical Record. As part of this new system, we are rolling out a new patient portal, PortalConnect,  which expands our ability to provide you with health enhancing information. The portal is designed to make it easy for you to:

  • Communicate with our staff securely
  • Review test results
  • Schedule appointments on-line
  • Enjoy the convenience of 24/7 access to your medical information

We have sent more than 20,000 emails over the last 2.5 years and realized that was a piecemeal approach to communicating with our patients. This portal provides ultimate security for two-way communication, for your protection and privacy. Our office policy remains that every Robinhood Integrative Health patient keep a valid credit, debit or HSA/FSA card on file with our office. Your credit card data is kept in a secure server that holds several large financial institutions’ data also. This policy is designed to help you avoid all billing-related fees and focus our time and energy on you and your medical care.

Why provide my credit card information?

We implemented this policy six months ago to streamline our billing process and eliminate expenses related to handling overdue accounts. We understand that some who have not done this yet are reluctant, and we agree that change can be difficult. We’ve shared some frequently asked questions (FAQ) to address concerns you may have regarding the policy.
